Do I need to make an appointment?
You can visit our showrooms at your pleasure whenever they are open. If you would like to plan projects and get estimates, you need to consult one of our sales representatives. Making an appointment is optional, but recommended to avoid unnecessary waits. Just call your preferred sales point to make an appointment. If you are delayed, the sales representative will remain available up to a half hour from the appointment time.
What should we bring for the first meeting with a sales representative?
For projects to make a new bathroom or (even partially) remodel one, we suggest bringing a 1:50 scale plan of the room. If the connections and outlets are already determined, they should be exactly shown. If you do not have a plan, or it is not detailed enough, we will make a site inspection after the first meeting.
Do you install the products?
Upon request, we offer installation services for doors, sliding partitions, closets, furnishings in general, floor and wall coverings. We do not install products normally installed by plumbers. For these products, we design the spaces, supply the products and provide pre and post-sale support. If you do not have your own preferred plumber, we can put you in contact with highly qualified professionals.

The prices quoted and purchase agreement pertain exclusively to materials, unless otherwise noted. If we will be doing the installation, we will note and clearly specify the price of installation in the estimate and the purchase agreement.
What documents are needed to take advantage of discounted VAT?
The law allows VAT to be discounted on products to build a first house (4%), to build a second house (10%), for a restoration or conservation project (10%) and for remodeling (10%). Our administrative office is available to determine if your project meets all the legal requirements to receive the VAT discount. If you do meet the requirements, when the purchase agreement is confirmed, you must submit the following documents:

photocopy of your identification card;

photocopy of your tax code card;

photocopy of document proving the right to purchase, the building permit or statement of intent to commence works;

statement for application of discounted VAT.
