Right of Withdrawal
Introduction: as established by the consumer code, the Right of Withdrawal applies exclusively to online or distance sales. Furthermore, the Right of Withdrawal applies only to orders of material placed by end consumers.
You are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract, without stating any reasons, within 14 days from the date on which you take possession of the goods (or the person authorised by you takes possession of the goods). For split deliveries (for the same order), the 14-day period shall start from the date of the last delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (within the period indicated above) of your decision by a specific declaration to be delivered by letter, fax or e-mail. If you wish, you can use the attached form (compliant with Legislative Decree of 21/2/2014, no. 21) for this purpose, though this is optional. Download the form.

If you withdraw from this contract, you shall be reimbursed for all the related payments you have made to us, including any transport costs for the goods delivered, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Refunds shall be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you shall not incur any costs for this refund.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall entail the full return of the goods covered by the purchase contract at the return address which is via Daniele da Torricella 40, 42122 Reggio Emilia, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The direct costs of the return will be borne by you.
The refund may be suspended until we receive the goods or you provide proof that you have returned them.
The reimbursement may be reduced by an amount equal to the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than is required to establish their nature, characteristics and operation.
The right of withdrawal does not include customized or obviously customized goods. For such goods, there is a notice on the product page that the right of withdrawal does not apply.
The right of withdrawal only applies to orders in the name of a natural person (i.e. a person without VAT registration number) residing in the European Union.
